4: Do you have CE certification for Europe?

A: No, but has filed an application.

5:How many people working at your company?

A: Now there are 130 employees, 20 careerontech staffs, production staff of 30 people, equipment installation staff of 18 people, 26 service personnels, marketing sales staff of 30 people, company executives 6 (including financial and cashier).

6: What is your anual manufactur machine?

A:During 5 years development,Granton products have been covered the all provinces except Tibet and exported to Venezuela, Angola, the Philippines and other countries. The annual number of washing machine production and sales of 300 units or more.

7: Did the machine equip with a card payment system? How does it work?

A: Water Ax card system being used only in the domestic now and foreign versions are in development.

8: How do you solve the problem of equipment installation? can you send the workers to install if we pay the costs of accommodation and the tickets?

A: About installation, we offer two sets of programs. 1, customers pay related costs (including round-trip tickets and accommodation); Water Ax company arrange the workers to customers’ location to install; 2, customers can send staff to the company to train and study, including (equipment installation, troubleshooting, etc.).

Recommendation: Customers should better send someone to Water Ax to train, which helps in the course of the relevant failure occurred, and management can be handled.

9: Did the M5 equipped with dryer and water cycle systems? Can export to our location?

A:The Water Ax M6 equipped with dryer,other models have not, water cycle systems can equip to any models and also can be exported.

10: What are the diffrences between the diffrent models ?

A: Water Ax now have 5 types :GT-universal product、 GT1000-5 Car Washer、GT2000 Car Wash Equipment、GT3000 Luxury Car Wash、GT-M5 Automatic Car Washer

GT-universal product:mostly sold to the domestic market, super quality and competitive price, some parts worse than other models, such as high-pressure pumps (Made In China), electrical parts (Made In China).

GT1000-5 Car Washer: the best selling model in China, reliable product performance, is a mature product. Mainly installed in the interior, the client must be equipped with window-dressing room.

GT2000 Car Wash Equipment: this model equipped with semi-enclosed exterior framework that can be installed at gas stations, car parks and other places.

GT3000 Luxury Car Wash: this model is similar to the GT2000, the whole framework of closed-end appearance, free installation and other places in the open air.

A:Not yet sold to USA,but in the Philippines there has users.

12: What are the operating cycles ?rinse , detergent and wax ?

A: Water Ax washing machine operation flow into four steps, 1, high pressure washing the chassis (the bottom have four nozzles, and each side also four); 2, L-type arm rotating all directions to wash (13 high-pressure nozzle); 3, spray washing shampoo, common privet (L-type arm equiped with 4 rotating fluid nozzles,the top of crownblock and the detecting lever equiped with 5 common privet nozzles); 4, L-type arm rotating all directions to wash the whole car.

13: Can you control the length of each cycle?

A: Water Ax washing machine system operation by PLC control, equipped with a frequency converter, each step the user can select the cleaning speed of the actual situation.

14: Can you program diffrent cycles of wash like a regular wash and a super wash ?

19: What is the GT-M5 included?

A: GT-M5 includes a complete set of equipment, the customer must prepare the installation site (which requires the length of the room size 7.6M, width 3.6M, Height 3.2M, track should be installed in two side walls. Note: If the two sides has no walls, customers need to buy a simple install frame, price RMB: 7000 yuan.

20: The equipment need for 380 volts of electricity (voltage), but there is only 220 volts of electricity in the location of us (220v 3phase),how to solve this problem?

A: About the power distribution, requires the user to communicate with our engineers, we will provide users with the right motor requirements.

21: How good is the high-pressure pumps?

A: Water Ax GT series, except the universal product, other models are equipped with imported high-pressure pump, from the current domestic users' point of view ,the model pump has not been any problems.
